There's no place like
HOME
is what she said
three times
as she
tapped those red shoes
that she was given at the beginning of her
journey
Once upon a time
when
Dorothy
arrived
Somewhere over the Rainbow.
There's no place like
Home.
Home~
where
so many that we know
have already
entered.
Home~
where yesterday
another precious one
entered
and not because
she was wearing red shoes.
She is
Home~
she is free,
REALLY free..
not just feeling free
not just feeling peace
not just feeling joy
not just feeling hope
Because her hope became a reality.
Her
Once Upon a time . . .
is now
. . . Happily Ever After~
Forever
and ever
and ever . . .
Because He said it would be
the moment
she
Put Him in Her Story.
He
gave her the gift
just as He promised~
And if I go and prepare a place for you,
I will come back and
take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. John 14:3
He took her
home~
where there is
No more pain
No more tears
for
Karin
because
she is
Home.
Because
while she was here
she lived
with her eyes fixed
not on what is seen, but on what is unseen,
since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
Though outwardly
she was
wasting away,
due to an illness
but
she
believed
the words
that
He Put in Her Story~
For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an
eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
Eternal Glory~
Home~
This world is not what it was meant to be All this pain, all this suffering There's a better place Waiting for me In Heaven*
Home
Where every fear is gone I'm in your open arms Where I belong*
Home
Every tear will be wiped away
Every sorrow and sin erased
We'll dance on seas of amazing grace
In Heaven (*Home, Chris Tomlin)
Home~
an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. 2 Corinthians 5:1
But
tears remain here on earth right now
for those who had to say good bye
to their
mother
to their
grandmother
to their
friend
because she will be missed.
Karin~
a woman
with a heart
so big
that she gave it to so many
because
she first gave her
heart to
Jesus.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.
Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26
Well
Karin
did
Believe,
so
she
is
Home.
We all have a
Karin
in our lives
who we miss terribly
because they are
Home.
So let's
Put Him in Our Story
because
He is
the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort,
who comforts us in all our troubles,
so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ. 2 Corinthians 1:3-5
And
‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
Revelations 21:4
