Indulge

I did it again.

I indulged.

Just because

my husband and I

are on vacation

I gave myself permission

to

Indulge,

because in the moment

it taste so good

that

I couldn't stop

and this morning

I am paying for it

as I am still

full from all the

food that

I indulged.

But

because I am on vacation

does that mean that

I can take a vacation

from

eating healthy & talking care of myself?

Hmm..

And then I was

thinking about the possibility

of not writing in the morning,

but then

I would be taking a vacation,

not from writing,

but from

God

because

it really isn't about the writing.

It is about my waking up

to sit with

Him

Who

I can tell all my

little indulgences to

and so much more

so that

He can become

so much more~

an indulgence

that I never regret.

"Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!"
