Look to the left
"It" is there.
Look to the right
"It" is there.
Look behind you
"It"is there.
Look in front of you
"It"is still there.
Because whatever your
"It" is
It is all you can think about
and
"It"
brings all it's friends~
Anxiety
Fear
Worry
Frustration
Depression
&
Anger.
But then you do something different
and
you
Look Up~
"I lift up my eyes to the mountains—"
and everything changes
because "where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth."
And
"IT"
is no longer so burdensome
because
"He will not let your foot slip— He who watches over you will not slumber... The Lord watches over you—
He is now everywhere you look~ "the Lord is your shade at your right hand;"
Because
you & I
just
Looked Up~ "the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.
The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." Psalm 121
