Today we celebrate the life
of a
Woman~
a doctor
a mother
a grandmother
a friend.
The mother of my precious
Sister in Christ.
She is in our Savior's Arms,
in her new permanent home.
She arrived.
Today we celebrate her life
and say
"See you later"
for that day
when
OUR LORD
calls us home
and we will all be reunited together.
To say
THANK YOU GOD
right now
aren't the words
I would choose to say
in this time of loss.
But what if
just what if
at times of loss
at times of trial
at times of sickness
at times of hurt
we say
Thank You God ~
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying,
nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away. Revelation 21:4
Thank You God ~
that
Everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. John 11:26
Thank You God ~
that
You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book. Psalm 56:8
Thank You God
that
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4
Thank You God
that
Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4
Today is a day
we celebrate
Fanny
and
say
THANK YOU GOD
for
this precious woman
who left a mark on all our hearts
and one day
we will see again~
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18
