Make Tears

"I MADE TEARS"

are the words from

the mouth of our precious grandson

after his first day of pre-school.

Missing his mommy & daddy

in a new environment~

"I MADE TEARS".

Oh how this pierces my heart,

as doesn't it yours~

as can't you relate?

It doesn't take much

when your heart wants to talk,

yet all you can do is

MAKE TEARS~

the release of your heart cries

of what you are deeply feeling in the moment.

Or maybe you don't

MAKE TEARS

and really want to,

yet are afraid to

because if you did

you would really have to feel what you are feeling.

We all have them

tucked inside

that we hold back

when we don't want to feel what we don't want to feel

what our heart wants to cry.

I MADE TEARS~

To feel the pain, the anguish, the sorrow & grief

and just let it flow.

What if we would stop for a moment

and feel what we may be afraid to feel

and became that vulnerable~

could we & would be

just be like

JESUS

because

HE made TEARS~

"JESUS WEPT" (John 11:35).

The shortest verse in the bible,

yet so powerful

because

The One

who is our strength in the midst of our weakness

feels our weakness

because

JESUS MADE TEARS.

And one day,

TEARS will be something of the past

that you or I will ever have to make because of the

ONE WHO WEPT~

"HE will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death;

there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away."(Revelation 21:4)
