What if when you got to the top,
there wasn’t a BLOOMING ROSE.
You traveled a long prickly way
because you BELIEVED there was a ROSE.
You look around and there is no one there,
even though you were told that at the top
was where you BELONGED.
Did you waste your life TRUSTING the PROMISE
that
GOD WORKS FOR GOOD ALL THINGS FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM WHO ARE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE (Romans 8:28). But then you
SEE HIM.
Oh HE is BLOOMING.
HE is beyond more BEAUTIFUL than any ROSE.
HE comes toward you and you can’t keep your eyes off of HIM.
You can’t BELIEVE that it is really HIM
and HE really is coming to you.
Your HEART is overwhelming full and
you finally not only
BELIEVE
that this is where you
BELONG,
but you KNOW that this is where you always
BELONGED.
You look down at your knees and all the scratches and bruises
that the thorns of your
BROKEN FEELINGS,
BROKEN RELATIONSHIPS,
and BROKEN CIRCUMSTANCES
have caused are now gone.
You even forget about them.
For IN HIS PRESENCE
nothing matters,
but HIM~
JESUS,
whose thorns HE wore on HIS head to hold you.
You are the ROSE.
You are HIS ROSE.
You were always HIS ROSE.
Is that why HE was so overly protective over you
when HE told you
not to be anxious about anything
and
to not fear and to
"Be JOYFUL always,
PRAY continuously, and
give THANKS in ALL CIRCUMSTANCES
for this is the WILL of the ONE who wore the thorns" (I Thess. 5:16-18).
Oh HE really is REAL.
"For BLESSED are you who has BELIEVED that the LORD
would fulfill his promises to you!” (Luke 1:45).
For you really are
HIS DAUGHTER/SON
for your
FAITH has set you FREE and you are IN PEACE (Luke 8:48).
And now you not only
SEE it ALL,
but you are
experiencing it
ALL
because it was
HIS STRENGTH and HIS DIGNITY
that clothed you
every step that
you took up the thorny vine
that enabled you to
"laugh without fear of the future" (Proverbs 31:25)
because you are now in your
FUTURE
that was PROMISED to you
because this moment
right now was your
PURPOSE all along.
Now you know why there wasn’t just a
ROSE at the top of the stem,
as JESUS places a CROWN
on your head
that is filled with the most perfect
ROSES
that you have never seen before,
because HE is saving the best for this very moment.
For GOD WORKS ALL THINGS FOR THE GOOD
OF THOSE LOVE HIM WHO HAVE BEEN CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE~
"Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the LORD, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—
and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for HIS appearing"
(2 Timothy 4:8).
And that my friend
is
BROKEN INTO BEAUTIFUL~
