Day 9: Peace On My Mind

My hubby said it so simply

yet so powerful,

"I HAVE PEACE ON MY MIND".

And at that moment,

visual me saw a big brain

with the word

PEACE

written so big

flashing like a neon light,

that there wasn't room for anything else.

Close your eyes and picture your brain

just filled with PEACE.

A choice to choose.

But to have

REAL PEACE

that

TRANSCENDS ALL UNDERSTANDING

is something that you can't produce on your own,

as it comes from the

ONE who is on your HEART.

What is on your HEART right now?

Is it a someone who hurt you?

Then who will be on your mind?

Is it an unchanging circumstance?

Then what will be on your mind?

Is it you?

But what if JESUS is the

 SOMEONE

who is on your HEART,

then WHO will be on your mind,

when you start thinking about

the someones

or

the somethings

or

yourself,

which all

start to erase

the

letters

from the

word

PEACE,

one letter at a time

and before you know it

the word

PEACE

is replaced

with

WORRY

ANXIETY

BITTERNESS

FEAR

SELF CONDEMNATION

and

________________.

What strives to steal your PEACE?

WHAT'S ON YOUR MIND?

Hmm.

Easy Fix.

CHOOSE the GIVER OF PEACE.

"Don’t worry about anything, ______________(put your name);

 instead,______________,

pray about everything.

Tell GOD what you need, and thank HIM for all he has done.

 Then you, ______________,

 will experience GOD'S PEACE,

which exceeds anything you can understand.

HIS peace will guard your heart ______________,

 and your mind ______________,

as you, ______________, live in CHRIST JESUS" *.

 Hmm.

So WHO will be on your mind today?

"Fix your thoughts, ______________,

on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable.

 ______________,

Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise"

*(Philippians 4:6-8).

Make today it a PEACEFUL MIND kind of a day,

because

JESUS IS REAL

and

because

YOU ARE REAL,

HE already has you on and

"ME ON HIS MIND"

(listen to the song below)
